Terms & Conditions
Price and payment: Trip price is based on double occupancy. A single supplement is paid by participants who specifically request single accommodations, subject to availability.
A 50% deposit of the total tour price, per person, will secure your booking (or full payment if booking within 10 days of the start of your tour). The balance of allamount due, including any surcharges applicable at that time, must be received by the Company not later than 10 days before the start of your tour. For certain tours, full payment must be received at an earlier stage before the start of your tour. You will be advised at the time of booking when this is the case. In the case of non-payment of the balance by the due date, the Company reserves the right to treat your booking as cancelled and cancellation charges will apply.
You can pay the deposit and full amount by bank transfer to:

Cancellation: Upon receipt of written notification of cancellation (letter, fax, or e-mail) from you, the following cancellation fees will apply:

|30-21 days before departure||30% of tour price|
|20-10 days before departure||60% of tour price|
|Less than 10 days before departure||100% of tour price|
In the event that Actiano Tours Ltd. must cancel a trip we will issue you a full refund of the amount you paid us for the trip. However, we cannot be held responsible for personal expenses you may have incurred in preparation for the trip, such as the cost of non-refundable airline tickets and travel insurance charge.We strongly recommend you to take out a comprehensive travel insurance which includes cover against cancellation charges. Depending on the reason for the cancellation, you may be able to reclaim the cancellation charges under the terms of the insurance policy. All claims must be made direct to the insurance company.
Rights and obligations of the parties:
We promise to provide all the services, subject to this contract, that the client paid for. However the right is reserved to make reasonable alterations to the itinerary (including substitution of hotels) when and where deemed advisable for the comfort and well-being of the trip participants. We cannot be held responsible or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our obligations under our contract with you is prevented or affected by or you otherwise suffer any injury, damage, loss or expense of any nature as a result of "force majeure". In these conditions, "force majeure" means any event which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not foresee or avoid. Such events may include whether actual or threatened war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, disease, fire and all similar events outside our control.
We are not liable for itinerary changes or cancellation of the tour not depending onus, such as:
– delays of flights arising from mechanical failures, bad weather
– cancellation or stop of the tour due to personal reasons of the Client
– theft or loss of or damage to luggage or travel documents during the tour
– any problems with the customs authorities caused by failure to deliver the necessary travel documents or any law-breaking committed.
The Client is obliged to provide all personal documents needed for traveling abroad (valid passport, visa, insurance etc.. The Client is obliged to abide by the laws of the country of destination. The client has the right to change the program up to 30 days prior to departure without any administration fee. Changes are subject to availability. If a confirmed booking is changed by the client (upon availability) less than 30 days before the start date of the tour any additional costs or charges incurred by us or incurred or imposed by any of our suppliers will be charged.
Actiano Tours Ltd. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
